Honestly I'm mad frazzled today, so I was a bit lost. But it seems to be discussing the connection of Jay-Z with Illuminati, & the New World Order. Basically he's saying Jay isn't the man we want to believe him to be.

almost everything we know is "conspiracy theory"... all it means is that it is not proven,
but think about it- how could one possibly prove a "theory" about the government when the government controls everything?
and no one should shrug it off just because it a "theory" ...like the man said.. keep an open mind.. otherwise, you may be surprised when the truth comes out
