Our favorite cy-girl will be hitten' the stage at Highline Ballroom in NYC this month, on the 27th! Janelle Monae is a spectacular performer, please go see her! I saw her (for free) earlier this month at SummerStage and she blew me away. Metropolis: The Chase (Special Edition) dropped on August 12th, so pick that up, memorize all the words, and then snag a pair of tickets to this show and prepare for an incredible night of great music. Raphael Saadiq will also be performing! Tickets are $30.00 in advance, $35.00 at the door. Show starts at 8pm!
