Ladies street wear brand MOB has teamed with Nike to create their own pair of Dunks. Leah was inspired by the classic Chanel tweed jacket. Majority of the sneaker is an off-white tweed with a black patent leather front (like the Chanel ballet flat), and there are MOB engravements in gold. The kicks will be available for purchase tomorrow, Oct. 18th at Patta. Like the last pair of kicks MOB dropped, no word on the price, so we'll find out tomorrow. I love MOB, but I think they're kind of ass. The patent leather would have been better on the nike check. The color was wrong for the season as well. But she's made this mistake before with her white MOB jeans for this Fall. Off-white can be rocked at this time, but I'm notdiggin' it too much here. The tweed is nice tho. The gold accents are sweet. These are definitely a female's sneaker. I think she tried to toughen it up with the patent leather but it's placement is a hit & miss for me. Maybe they'd look better in person.
However, much respects to Leah. She's been doing her thing.
