11 year old charged with murder

An 11 year old boy shot his father's pregnant girlfriend in the back of her head while she was sleeping, with his own shot gun, then put the gun in his room and went to school. Her 4yr old daughter found her dead. I think he's being charged as an adult, they're not sure yet due to Pennsylvania State laws. And although he hasn't confessed, they are considering it premeditated murder. Seriously what is happening to our future, to our children, to this world? This is unbelievable.
