It's 2009 & our new Present, Barack Obama is a man of today. Past Presidents have implemented strict rules that everyone in the White house wear professional clothing, all men, including the President must wear a suit jacket. Well Obama is runnin' this bitch now and our man can do whatever the fuck he wants. It's a more casual society we live in, so Barack has taken out that rule. Hey, he wants to be more comfortable while he saves our country. Some think it's inappropriate but I think we can safely assume those people voted for McCain. Mr. President you look good, wear whatever you want!
