In Washington D.C. a homeless man was attacked & left dying on a busy side walk & no one called for help until after about 20minutes. He died. This video here shows it all. Shows people walk right pass his unconscious body. Some people didn't assume he was hurt, but homeless dudes don't lie like that & someone had to have seen the attack.

i think its innocently a mistake... homeless men don't lay like that? lol how do they lay?
if i was there, i would have assumed he fell out- i mean homeless people are usually drunkies, and drugies... they fall asleep anywhere, at anytime
& since they said they fight all the time.. why would ppl react any different to this fight?
it's so sad but, i think this is an innocent mistake. He's prolly better off wherever he is right now anyways
well i personall...and i live in nyc have ever seen a bum lying flat on their back practically mid sidewalk...they usually curled up in a corner..but i do think it may have been a mistake...a careless one
yeah the flat on the back shit is very usual... but i think most people expect the unexpected with homeless ppl
